Terms of use

The plain rules for using the site, the sheets and the membership. They sit alongside the license and the privacy page.

Last updated October 23, 2026.

Who we are

Mathy Puzzles is the trading name of Vineesh Kumar, a sole proprietor at #1210, Sector 18C, Chandigarh 160018, India. Write to hello@mathypuzzles.com.

Using the sheets

What you may do with free sheets and members' sheets is set out on the license page. When you join, those license terms and these terms are part of your purchase.

Membership

  • Memberships ($39 a year or $25 for 6 months, lower in many countries, plus tax where it applies) are sold by our payment provider, which is the seller of record and takes the payment.
  • A membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We email you before each renewal: 30 days and 7 days before a yearly renewal, and 7 days before a 6-month one.
  • You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt or from the members' area. You keep access until the end of the time you paid for.
  • You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, and within 14 days after a renewal. Refunds are processed by our payment provider. Nothing here limits its own refund process or your right to dispute a charge.
  • A membership is for one family, or for one teacher and the students they teach. School plans are described on the school plans page.
  • If membership terms or prices change, we tell members by email at least 30 days before the change applies to them.

Mistakes on a sheet

We check every puzzle and answer, but mistakes can slip through. If you find one, tell us and we'll fix it. Some puzzles can be solved in more than one way; any answer that follows the rules is right.

Responsibility

The sheets and the site are provided as they are, to the extent the law allows. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Ending access

We may end a membership that breaks the license, for example by posting members' files online, after telling the member why.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chandigarh have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country, including going to your local consumer forum or court.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so in the weekly email and update the date above.
